Anti-Terrorism Act of 2002

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from committing an act of terrorism, committing threatened acts of terrorism, and harboring terrorists; allowing specified restitution; establishing penalties; making the Act an emergency measure; and defining specified terms.
