Entitled:
Income Tax Credit - Ground Source Heat Pumps

Synopsis:

Allowing a credit against the State income tax for 10% of the total installed costs of a ground source heat pump placed in service during the taxable year, subject to a maximum credit of $500 for each ground source heat pump; limiting the credit to the State income tax for the taxable year; and applying the Act to tax years after 2001.
