Requiring the Secretary of Agriculture to conduct a criminal history records check on specified individuals working with a restricted use pesticide under specified circumstances; requiring specified employers to conduct a criminal history records check on specified employees under specified circumstances; providing for immunity from specified liability for specified persons conducting criminal history records checks under specified circumstances; etc.
