Allowing use of the Law Enforcement Equipment Fund to acquire equipment for law enforcement officers in using less lethal alternatives to the use of deadly force; requiring regulations for training in less lethal alternatives to deadly force; establishing immunity from liability for officers who use less lethal alternatives to the use of deadly force; requiring policies concerning use of force and less lethal alternatives to the use of deadly force and the discharge of firearms; etc.
