Sexual Offender - Registration - Psychological Evaluation

Synopsis:

Requiring that offenders who have committed crimes for which the offender must register on the sexual offender registry, on being released on probation, parole, or mandatory supervision, shall undergo a psychological evaluation; providing that failure to undergo the evaluation or treatment ordered violates a condition of probation, parole, or mandatory supervision; changing a deadline for registration for specified sexual offenders; etc.
