Synopsis:

Removing the requirement for the admissibility of an out of court statement concerning specified offenses against a child victim under the age of 12 years to be admitted in specified court proceedings; eliminating the requirement that the child victim made the statement to and the statement is offered by a specified physician, psychologist, nurse, social worker, or specified school personnel; etc.
