Criminal Convictions - Restoration of Civil Rights

Synopsis:

Specifying that, for purposes of 18 U.S.C. { 921(a)(20), a person's civil rights shall be deemed restored if the person was convicted of a common law misdemeanor and sentenced to serve a specified term of confinement, not including the suspended portion of a sentence.
