Maryland Summer Youth Connection

Synopsis:

Establishing the Maryland Summer Youth Connection Program in the Division of Employment and Training of the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation; providing that the Program is to provide paid summer work opportunities, employability training, and career counseling to disadvantaged youth; requiring funds for the Program to be used for specified services; requiring the Director of Employment and Training in the Department to adopt regulations to implement the Program and monitor Program participants; etc.
