Drunk and Drugged Driving - Subsequent Offender Penalties - Out-of-State Crimes

Synopsis:

Providing that, for application of specified subsequent offender penalties for specified alcohol- and drug-related driving offenses, a conviction for a crime committed in another state or federal jurisdiction that would be a violation of specified drunk and drugged driving laws if committed in this State shall be considered a prior offense.
