Authorizing specified small rural electric cooperatives to satisfy requirements for reporting specified information to the Public Service Commission by submitting copies of reports submitted to specified other units; authorizing the submission of specified estimates prepared using specified formulas for specified purposes; exempting these small rural electric cooperatives from a long-range planning requirement; etc.
