Synopsis:

Authorizing the Board of County Commissioners of Frederick County by ordinance to authorize the Human Relations Commission to provide remedial relief, including equitable relief and monetary damages, under specified circumstances; and authorizing the Board by ordinance to provide for the enforcement of subpoenas, decisions, and orders of the Commission, and to authorize specified persons to appeal a decision or order of the Commission under specified circumstances.
