Synopsis:

Exempting from an offset of a retirement allowance retirees of the Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System who are employed by public schools as speech-language pathologists or audiologists; requiring the county boards of education to provide information to the State Retirement Agency; requiring the State Board of Education to adopt regulations; and providing for the termination of the Act.
