Synopsis:

Requiring the Emergency Medical Services Board to adopt regulations by January 1, 2004 that provide for the inter-facility helicopter transport of patients by licensed private helicopter carriers; requiring the regulations to specify when different types of aeromedical transport are to be used; and generally relating to the regulation of inter-facility helicopter transports.
