Entitled:

Vehicle Laws - Parking for Vehicles Transporting Individuals with Disabilities

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration to issue parking placards for use by agents or employees of specified assisted living programs and long-term care facilities while transporting individuals with specified disabilities; limiting the number of parking placards that may be issued to any program or facility under the Act; providing that a parking placard issued under the Act confers specified privileges; etc.
