Providing a specified price preference for environmentally preferable products or equipment under specified circumstances; requiring the Board of Public Works to adopt specified regulations concerning the establishment of a specified percentage price preference; requiring specified units of State government to establish a list of acceptable environmentally preferable products or equipment; etc.
