Synopsis:

Establishing the Health and Human Services Referral Board; providing for the membership, tenure, chairperson, and staff of the Board; providing oversight for pilot programs; requiring the Board to make specified determinations; requiring reports to the Governor and General Assembly; providing that funding for the Board is subject to the availability of appropriate funds; and defining terms.
