Requiring the State Department of Assessments and Taxation to submit and publish an annual Unified Property Tax Exemption and Credit Report; requiring the Department of Business and Economic Development to submit and publish an annual Unified Economic Development Budget Report; requiring each State agency that provides development subsidies to submit Annual Development Subsidy Reports; providing an exception to tax information confidentiality requirements; etc.
