Higher Education - Tuition Charges - Maryland High School Students

Synopsis:

Establishing that specified individuals, other than specified nonresident individuals, shall be exempt from paying nonresident tuition at specified public institutions of higher education under specified circumstances; requiring specified individuals to provide specified documentation regarding Maryland income tax withholdings; prohibiting specified institutions of higher education from awarding degrees to specified individuals under specified circumstances; etc.
