Respiratory Care Practitioners Act - Practice of Polysomnography

Synopsis:

Requiring the Respiratory Care Professional Standards Committee to develop and recommend specified regulations to the State Board of Physicians; requiring specified individuals to be authorized by the Board to practice polysomnography; authorizing the Board to permit specified individuals to practice polysomnography under specified circumstances; providing a specified exception to the requirement that individuals be authorized by the Board to practice polysomnography; providing specified qualifications to practice polysomnography; etc.
