Maryland Religious Independence From Federal Courts

Synopsis:

Requesting the U.S. Congress to pass legislation declaring the power to display the Ten Commandments and to recite the Pledge of Allegiance and the national motto on or within property owned or administered by the several states or political subdivisions thereof to be among the powers reserved to the states; setting out words of the Pledge of Allegiance and the national motto; and requesting Congressional legislation making exceptions to subject matter jurisdiction of federal courts inferior to the U.S. Supreme Court.
