Synopsis:

Establishing the Maryland Prostate Cancer Research Fund within the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to be used to provide grants for prostate cancer research; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt specified regulations; requiring the Secretary to submit a specified report each year to the General Assembly on the administration of the Fund; etc.
