Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Juvenile Services to establish a Child in Need of Supervision Pilot Program in Baltimore City and Baltimore County; requiring the Pilot Program to select designated assessment service providers to provide services to children alleged to be in need of supervision and their parents or guardians; requiring designated assessment service providers to be contracted and funded by a specified local management board; providing for a delayed effective date for specified provisions of the Act; etc.
