Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "historic motor vehicle"; defining the term "antique motor vehicle"; providing for the registration of antique motor vehicles; establishing a registration fee; requiring an application for registration as an antique motor vehicle to contain specified certifications; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to issue a special registration plate; exempting an antique motor vehicle from specified provisions of law; authorizing an antique motor vehicle to display vintage registration plates; etc.
