Requiring the Maryland Insurance Commissioner to provide a copy of an adopted examination report to a specified person; requiring specified persons to present an adopted examination report to a specified board of directors at a specified time; altering the time at which the Commissioner must provide a copy of a proposed examination report to a specified person; prohibiting the Commissioner from adopting specified examination reports if a hearing has been requested until after specified actions occur; etc.
