Natural Resources - Pound Nets and Haul Seines

Synopsis:

Repealing specified provisions of law requiring specified persons to give notice in a specified manner to the owner, tenant, or lessee of riparian rights before setting pound nets or haul seines in front of the riparian owner's property; repealing the requirement that specified persons obtain the permission of the shore owner to set pound nets or haul seines; and generally relating to the location of fishing nets in specified counties.
