Worcester County - Premises Licensed for Alcoholic Beverages Sales - Noise Level

Synopsis:

Prohibiting music played on a premises licensed for alcoholic beverages sales to exceed specified noise level limits in Worcester County or noise level limits in a specified municipal corporation within Worchester County; and authorizing the Board of License Commissioners to take specified action if the Board finds a licensed premises in violation of the Act.
