Crimes - Sexual Offense Against Minor Committed on School Grounds or in a Recreation Area - Penalties

Synopsis:

Making it a felony to commit a specified sex-related offense on school grounds or in a recreation area against a minor who is under the age of 15 years; establishing specified penalties for committing specified sex-related offenses; and establishing that a sentence imposed for committing specified sex-related offenses be served consecutively to other sentences.
