Synopsis:

Extending the Innovative Partnerships for Technology Program for State community colleges; altering the amount of the payment that the State is required to make to specified community colleges with respect to specified contributions made by eligible donors before a specified date; repealing provisions relating to the determination of eligibility for a specified State payment; altering the maximum amount of a State contribution to an eligible institution during an eligible period; etc.
