Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators, in conjunction with specified other entities, to convene a specified workgroup to study the standards for licensure of nursing home administrator applicants and the effectiveness of the Board in regulating nursing home administrators in the State; requiring the study to include specified items; requiring the workgroup to make a specified report; etc.
