Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Prescription Drug Benefit Plan in the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program from charging a specified co-payment for a brand-name drug that is not preferred on the State's prescription drug formulary under specified circumstances; providing for the effective date of specified provisions of the Act; providing for the termination of specified provisions of the Act; etc.
