State Board of Dental Examiners - Facilities with Needy Populations - Waiver of General Supervision Requirements

Synopsis:

Altering the types of facilities for which the State Board of Dental Examiners may waive the general supervision of dental hygienist requirements; requiring facilities that are granted a waiver of general supervision requirements for dental hygienists to ensure that specified requirements are satisfied; authorizing dental hygienists employed by a facility granted a waiver of general supervision requirements to provide specified services; etc.
