Election Law - Public Campaign Financing Act for Candidates for the General Assembly

Synopsis:

Establishing a system of public financing of campaigns for specified candidates for the General Assembly; establishing an Election Financing Commission to administer the systems of public funding of campaigns; providing for the membership of the Commission and specifying its powers and duties; creating the Public Election Fund and providing for the inclusion of money in the Fund; specifying the procedures, requirements, and conditions participating candidates must meet to receive a distribution from the Fund; etc.
