Public Safety - Missing Persons - Reports and Investigations

Synopsis:

Altering the method by which a person may delegate authority for disposition of a body by cremation; authorizing the Police Training Commission, with the cooperation of the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, to develop a uniform missing person report form to be used by law enforcement agencies in the State by October 1, 2008; providing that a law enforcement agency may not impose a mandatory waiting period before taking a missing person report; etc.
