Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation from purchasing easements in specified zoning districts; prohibiting counties from using specified funds for the purchase of easements in certain zoning districts; prohibiting funds under the Rural Legacy Program from being used to purchase easements or acquire property in specified zoning districts; etc.
