Vehicle Laws - Motor Vehicles Operated Exclusively on Islands - Registration

Synopsis:

Including within a specified motor vehicle registration class specified motor vehicles that are operated exclusively on specified islands; prohibiting a motor vehicle registered within a specified registration class as an island vehicle from being operated on a State highway that is not on a specified island; providing that a transfer of a used vehicle registered, or to be registered, within a specified registration class as an island vehicle is not subject to safety inspection requirements; etc.
