Synopsis:

Clarifying procedures for the notification of groundwater contamination findings by the Department of the Environment; altering procedures for the notification of property owners of groundwater contamination findings by the Department and county; altering the requirements for reimbursement by responsible persons; requiring local health departments to provide specified information to the Department; etc.
