Synopsis:

Altering the qualifications for a teacher's license to practice dentistry or dental hygiene to include part-time faculty members at specified colleges and universities; establishing qualifications for a limited license to practice dentistry; altering the waiver requirements for specified applicants for a limited license to practice dentistry to repeal a requirement that the applicant pass specified tests given by the State Board of Dental Examiners; etc.
