Synopsis:

Requiring specified members of the State Board of Examiners for Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and Speech-Language Pathologists to currently practice in the State; providing that a majority of members currently serving on the Board is a quorum; authorizing the Board to regulate the practice of telehealth communications; requiring an individual to be licensed by the Board before practicing as a speech-language pathology assistant; etc.
