Residential Child Care Programs - Corporate Responsibility and Governance

Synopsis:

Requiring corporations to meet specified requirements as a condition of licensure to operate a residential child care program; requiring specified corporations to adopt written bylaws that require the corporation's board of directors to be legally responsible for specified actions; authorizing specified licensing agencies to deny a residential child care program license under specified circumstances; requiring specified inspections; prohibiting a person from operating a residential child care program in the State without a license; etc.
