Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Lloyd Street Synagogue

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $440,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Jewish Museum of Maryland, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, repair, reconstruction, installation, and capital equipping of structural repairs and accessibility modifications to the Lloyd Street Synagogue; prohibiting the loan proceeds or the matching fund from being used for sectarian religious purposes; etc.
