Constellation Energy Group, Inc., and Baltimore Gas and Electric Company - Return of Transition Costs

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a specified merger between FPL Group, Inc., and Constellation Energy Group, Inc., from occurring and prohibiting Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BGE) from increasing specified electricity rates until Constellation Energy returns a specified amount of money in transition costs to BGE; requiring BGE to use specified transition costs to reduce a specified increase in specified electricity rates; etc.
