Synopsis:

Establishing the Expedited Partner Therapy Pilot Program in the Baltimore City Health Department; providing for the purpose of the Program; authorizing specified health care providers to dispense or otherwise provide antibiotic therapy to the sexual partners of patients diagnosed with specified sexually transmitted diseases without making a physical assessment of the patient's partner; etc.
