Motor Vehicles - Television-Type Receiving Equipment - Operation

Synopsis:

Altering the areas in a motor vehicle where television-type receiving equipment may be located; prohibiting a person from driving a motor vehicle while operating television-type receiving equipment that is visible to the driver; and providing that restrictions on the operation of television-type receiving equipment while driving do not apply to the use of specified electronic display equipment.
