Requiring the Anne Arundel County Board of Education to establish a committee to develop a policy and guidelines for administering office discipline referrals in the county; providing for the membership and chair of the committee; requiring the committee, on or before January 1, 2011, to develop and recommend a policy and specified guidelines regarding the administration of the office discipline referrals in the county to the Anne Arundel County Board of Education for the county board's approval; etc.
