Gas Companies and Electric Companies - Service Quality and Reliability Standards

Synopsis:

Requiring the Public Service Commission to establish specified service quality and reliability standards for gas companies and electric companies; providing for the application of regulations adopted under the Act; requiring the standards to include specified benchmarks; requiring the Commission to use specified national standards to the extent feasible; authorizing the Commission to require gas companies and electric companies to supply specified data for specified purposes; etc.
