Synopsis:

Requiring the ethics provisions enacted by a county or municipal corporation to allow a former official or former employee of the county or municipal government, at least 1 year after leaving governmental office or employment, to engage in specified representation or assistance that relates in a specified way to the individual's governmental actions.
