Synopsis:

Making provisions that authorize eligible nonprofit organizations to own or operate up to five slot machines applicable statewide; altering the definition of an "eligible organization" to apply to a nonprofit organization that has been located in the State for a specified number of years before the organization applies for a license for a slot machine; etc.
