Synopsis:

Authorizing the Child Care Administration of the Department of Human Resources to disclose to the operator of a child care center or to a family day care provider reports and records concerning child abuse and neglect for a specified purpose; requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services to provide an initial and revised statement of a specified applicant's State criminal record to the Child Care Administration; etc.
