Synopsis:

Authorizing the Maryland Parole Commission to administer extended sexual offender parole supervision; prohibiting specified sexual acts involving children who are under a specified age; requiring a court to impose a specified sentence for specified offenses under specified circumstances; prohibiting an inmate from receiving credit for time between release on parole and revocation of parole; etc.
