Motor Vehicle Excise Tax - Adjustment for Trade-In

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "total purchase price" under the motor vehicle excise tax in order to reduce the total purchase price on which the tax is calculated by providing an allowance for any trade-in considerations; providing that the modified definition does not apply until any Consolidated Transportation Bonds issued by the Department of Transportation are no longer outstanding; etc.
